We offer FREE delivery for all orders above $100.00 within New Zealand. For orders less than $100.00, our delivery charge has recently been updated to reflect the increasing courier charges.

Auckland region - $6

North Island (excluding Auckland region) -$7

South Island -$8

All items are usually delivered within time frames as:

• Auckland: 1-2 working days
• North Island: 1-3 working days
• South Island: 2-5 working days

We currently only deliver to addresses in New Zealand.

In rare cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the product is oversized or delivery is to a rural/remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than standard delivery charge, in which case you may cancel the order prior to delivery and receive a refund (including delivery charges).

If we are not able to supply the products or the delivery is likely to be a delay (e.g. if the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as we are aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order and you will receive a refund (including delivery charges).

You can now place click & collect orders and get contactless pickups from our Store.

Simply proceed your online shopping and select the "Pick up" option under "Delivery Method" options. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is received. When your order is ready for collection, we will send you a Notification email to confirm that you can pick it up from our Westfield Newmarket Store.

Terms & Conditions

• Your order will usually be ready for collection in 2-4 days.
• Orders are to be collected within 7 days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please email us to request an extension.
• When collecting your order, you are required to supply a copy of your Notification email, we may ask your personal information for verification.
• If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Notification email and Photo ID at the time of collection.
