Returns and Exchanges Policy

CHANGE MIND

At Go Go Kids, we're committed to selling high quality products and ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Go Go Kids will offer you an exchange or credit note provided that:

  • You send back the item within 14 days of purchase and produce a valid receipt or a copy of original invoice at the time you return the item. 
  • The item is new with no signs of wear or use and in original condition.
  • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories

We will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with an exchange or credit note to be used within three months.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense. You will need to pay a further delivery fee for the new item.

FAULTY GOODS

We acknowledge that sometimes a product may have a fault. If the item is faulty, please phone our customer helpline and explain the fault as we may be able to offer assistance. If the problem cannot be easily resolved, then we will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund as long as the following criteria are met:

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • A valid receipt or a copy of original invoice is provided at the time you return the item 

Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed. Any enquiry, please email us for further details.

WRONG GOODS

If we have shipped the wrong goods for an online order, please contact us, return the goods and we will exchange it for the correct item. You can do this by contacting info@gogokids.co.nz or phone our customer helpline.
